Choreographers’ Showcase Application form

Please read details:

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS: no later than Friday, Feb. 20, 2026

(Please let me know if you plan to perform! It really helps me to make sure we have the space we need
for interested choreographers, or enough pieces submitted to have a show. You can confirm by emailing jasmine@nmdancecoaltion.org)

DEADLINE FOR THIS APPLICATION: Friday, Feb. 14, 2026. (Filled out on line or emailed please.)

Show your work deadline: Friday, March 13, 2026
Please submit video. A short clip is fine. We recommend dropbox as a transfer application.

I am requesting that all the music be emailed MP3s or submitted on CD! Please dont send links to spotify or youtube, etc.

Show que-to-que/tech/DRESS REHEARSAL: Tuesday, April 7, 7:00-10:00pm @ Railyard Performance Center. There will be a set list emailed out with time slots scheduled (you don’t have to be there the whole time) and you can leave as soon as you are done with your time slot.

PEFORMANCES:
Friday & Saturday, April 10 and 11, 2026

(Show times are at 7:30 pm both evenings. Call is 6:30pm. Doors open at 7pm)

All Choreographer’s must be a member of NMDC to participate in the showcase. Membership fee is $30.

**Attendance to the dress rehearsal and both show dates is mandatory to be part of the Choreographers Showcase.

The Dress/TECH Rehearsal for the show will be held on Tuesday, April 7, 7:00-10:00pm

Event Producer will send out schedule, you will not have to be there the whole time. Please note this is a different date then originally sent out! Thank you.
