Member Procedure for Obtaining Audience Liability Insurance for an Event

1). Become a member of NMDC (if you are not already) by paying a $50 membership fee for organizations, $30 for individuals. Check made out to New Mexico Dance Coalition, but mailed (or hand delivered to Pomegranate Studios 535 Cerrillos) to Myra Krien 369 Montezuma Ave. #287, Santa Fe NM 87501.

2). Audience Insurance Payment is $100 per event series. Write a $100 check made out to New Mexico Dance Coalition, but mailed (or hand delivered) to Myra Krien 369 Montezuma Ave. #287 87501.

3). If a certificate of insurance coverage is required, Contact the NMDC insurance representative at HUB Southwest:

With the following information: event name, date, time, place of performance, and who she is to email the insurance certificate to. You’ll be contacting Tristan as an NMDC representative.
